Barry Foley
President
With over 25 years of experience within the metal finishing industry, Barry has developed expertise in a wide array of finishing including wet spray, dip-spin, dip-drain, decorative and high-performance coatings, electro-plating, e-coat, and powder coating. In his tenure as General Manager of two Ontario-based metal finishing companies, Barry pioneered the proliferation of Zinc Flake/Zinc Rich coating technology in Canada. As of late Barry has ventured into international consulting with engineering design, process flow and continuous improvement as his key areas of focus.
Brian Carter
Operations Manager
With a 10 year plus career in metal finishing, Brian joined Artisan in 2012. Since then he has overseen the coating, plating and various processing of components in many industries including Automotive, Defense, Agriculture and Commercial sector. Having developed his skills originally in spray-coating, Brian has further progressed his knowledge and capabilities in process engineering, electro-plating, robotics and various Zinc Flake/Zinc Rich applications.
